Zimbabe with World Vision
Last Fall, we not only had the opportunity of touring across Canada with Our Lady Peace and I Mother Earth but we also had a chance to speak to 45K+ Canadians about the community of Nkayi, Zimbabwe and some of the life threatening challenges they face because of poverty. We are so lucky to be living in Canada and sometimes we take a lot for granted compared to people living in poverty all over the world. There was over a hundred Canadians that joined us and sponsored children from those communities with our friends from World Vision Canada.
This week, we are extremely honoured and privileged to be able to visit that community and see first-hand how that tour and World Vision are creating lasting impact to the children living there. We also get to meet our sponsored child Ayanda and see how we are directly changing his life.
We will share lots of stories of this once in a lifetime opportunity so you can see what you are doing to help us too. Thank you to all of our fans for joining us on this journey as we can all help end poverty together.
We do this because we love music and we love all people.
